Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez raised eyebrows Wednesday when they posted a video pleading with people to stay home to stop the spread of COVID-19 — a week after catching heat for hitting up a Miami gym shortly before Florida’s stay-at-home order went into effect.

The pair were responding to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s #IStayHomeFor social media campaign, which asks people to say who they’re staying in isolation to protect. “We’re staying home to protect those on the front lines,” Lopez says in a video.

An Instagram user countered, “This is coming from two people who still have people open a gym for them so they can work out alone. Kind of a practice what you preach [situation].”
