In the wake of last year’s Death Kiss, a totally unofficial “continuation” of the Death Wish franchise, Charles Bronson lookalike Robert Bronzi now has a full-on career as “fake Charles Bronson,” which continues this year with the Gary Jones-directed Escape from Death Block 13.

Bronzi plays the role of Mick in the film, a man who agrees to become an informant during his stay at a notorious prison, after being framed for murder.

Once inside, he finds that his biggest threat may not come from his fellow convicts.

“After the death of his brother, Hungarian construction worker Miklos “Mick” Kovacs travels to America to seek Justice. Wrongly convicted of extortion and attempted murder, Mick is sent to Pleasant Hill Penitentiary’s notorious death block 13.
