History of Child Terror

January 30, 2019

In society, nothing is more revered than a child. They’re the quintessence of innocence, symbols of purity that we must shelter and protect at all costs. In many ways, though, a child exists outside of that society; their early stages of emotional development make them quite unruly and erratic. They don’t play by the same social rules as adults. Their very nature makes them impressionable, susceptible to forces around them furthering their unpredictability. They can toggle between sweet, spice, and everything nice to cold and detached without warning, making them feel “other.”
