Jon Knautz, who will best be remembered by horror fans for his ultra-fun Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer, as well as the excellent The Shrine, is returning to the genre with The Cleaning Lady, which has now been acquired for release in the U.S. by RLJE Entertainment. As their friendship grows, so does Shelly’s twisted obsession with Alice. When Shelly learns of Alice’s on-and-off affair, she takes matters into her own hands in order to cleanse Alice of her bad behavior. “

The Cleaning Lady will reteam Knautz with the star of his Goddess of LoveAlexis Kendra, as well as SAG-nominee Stelio Savante (Eisenstein in Guanajuato, Jo the Medicine Runner), Rachel Alig, and Elizabeth Sandy, who also appeared in Goddess of Love.
