The Big Bang Theory actress has been dating equestrian Karl Cook for nearly two years, after meeting at a horse show a while back.

And, UGH, they're so cute.

Last year, Kaley told the hosts of The Talk, "I'm so happy. I can't stop smiling. Life is so, so good ... It was very meant to be." And, she hasn't stopped gushing about him since!

Well, just a couple of days ago — on Kaley's birthday — the pair were shopping at Target when they snapped a pic with a giant, fake ring, and LOL, Kaley's not amused.

But, her mood changed dramatically when just a few hours later, Karl popped the question for real!
