Flight Attendant Dies After Jumping off Plane’s Emergency Exit

An Emirates flight attendant has died after jumping off a plane’s emergency exit.

The plane was parked on a tarmac at the Ugandan airport and was bound for a flight to Dubai. Passengers were preparing to board the flight when the incident happened.

The woman sustained serious injuries to her head which led to her death.

She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries the next day. Witnesses revealed that she had a glass bottle under her chin before jumping off the 60ft Boeing 777 aircraft. The glass broke and caused more injury.

Prior to the incident, she was reportedly talking to her colleagues while holding a glass bottle under her chin. She was involved in a verbal altercation which might have led to her possible suicide.


Arabian Business

The airline has released a statement that the flight attendant fell from the door, however the cause of the fall has yet to be determined. An investigation will be done by Uganda’s Civil Aviation Authority to find out what really happened.
