The Real Housewives Spinoff: Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey Filming!
Early this year, we reported on an upcoming The Real Housewives spinoff featuring "all star" Housewives.
At the time, we even speculated about who might make the list -- and a few of those were right on the money.
The still-untitled spinoff's cast has been at least partially revealed.
And the Housewives are filming ... and even teasing fans with photos of their fun in paradise.
Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Kyle Richards, Luann de Lesseps, Melissa Gorga, and Ramona Singer all have photos for you.
These Housewives have photographed themselves at airports, at the beach, and out boating.
A number of the photos captions reveal that they were photographing each other.
Additionally, the captions show that these Housewives are all in Turks and Caicos.
Before this, it had only been confirmed that the stars would be housed together "in paradise."
That was deliberately vague. Now we know so much more.
People has confirmed that Cynthia, Luann, Melissa, Kenya, Kyle, and Ramona are part of the cast.
Additionally, though she has not posted any photos to the effect, they add Teresa Giudice to the known cast.
The anticipated spinoff series will stream on NBCUniversal's streaming service, Peacock.
"Off we go!" Ramona shared over the weekend.
She followed that up with two other photos, one captioned "Heading to paradise!"
Ramona also gave us our best first look at what appear to be first-rate accommodations.
Cynthia played photographer for the other Housewives, snapping their photos on the boat.
She, in turn, had her own picture taken.
Clearly, that crystal blue water is more than just background scenery, since the Housewives board a boat.
Teresa did not share a photo quite like this, but did share to her Stories that she was at the airport over the weekend.
Even if fans were not already anticipating this spinoff, so many simultaneous vacations would have piqued interests.
And given how many of them tagged each other and labeled their location as Turks and Caicos, there's little mystery here.
That said, the Housewives have not been sharing any group photos so far, despite being at the same location.
Obviously, Bravo wants to avoid spoilers.
(Yes, it's airing on Peacock, but we're using Bravo colloquially here)
It was originally speculated by many that this upcoming, as-yet-unnamed spinoff was a response to COVID.
Can't safely film a group of women and their families live their ordinary lives in a pandemic? Just put them all in a remote house.
However, it has since been learned that this was in the works before the pandemic.
Fans are still curious to know what the spinoff will be called and when it will premiere.
"Housewives All Stars" would be a descriptive series title, but not especially creative.
We are all looking forward to seeing what kind of mess this ends up being.
As we noted, this series is set to air on Peacock, a streaming service.
Those of us who have been using the service to binge Murder She Wrote can tell you that it has a decent interface.
Notably, Peacock has a tiered system, including a free-to-watch version supported by ads.
However, it is expected that the free-with-ads version of Peacock will not be enough to watch.
If true, thsi will mean that only actual subscribers will be able to access the show.
That won't be a surprise, with the amount that Housewives get paid.
