Walmart’s “Spider-Verse” Screenings Dazzle Excited Crowds

Walmart was thrilled to partner with Marvel, McDonald’s and Sony for free exclusive screenings of visually-dazzling Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse in Atlanta, Chicago, and Houston. Hosted by DJ Drama (Atlanta), Paul Wall (Houston) and Tarik Cohen (Chicago), the hot ticket event attracted seas of excited kiddos for a fun-filled Saturday morning at the movies.

In Spider-Man, you see the limitless possibilities of the Spider-Verse where more than one person can wear the mask and make a positive impact. For the first time in its storied history, Marvel introduced an Afro-Latino superhero to its diversity-starved audience–a gifted teen named Miles Morales who does spectacular things once he learns to believe in himself.
