Dr. Evil then says that he was supposed to be the Secretary of Evil until Steve Bannon got the position.

He ended up being the “ideas guy” who was responsible for the plan of a great, big, beautiful wall on the Mexican border. His original idea, “a moat with spikey blowfish,” didn’t fall through, though.

The conversation continued with Jimmy and Dr. Evil talking about other White House personalities like Ben Carson and Doug Jr.
