Lisa Barlow broke down in tears when Meredith Marks spilled the news that she and her husband had separated.

On Wednesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” Barlow said Marks’ split from husband Seth was “hard to swallow because, like, our families are very close.”

“Oh my gosh, I love you two more than anything,” Barlow cried while Marks embraced her after revealing the news. “Are you OK?”

As Marks began to nod, Barlow continued, “I am here for you, no matter what.”

Marks then explained that she and Seth were “dating each other” to try to reconnect. Barlow encouraged her to try to make their relationship work.

“[Marks’ son] Reid used to train [Barlow’s son] Jack in basketball. I helped plan [Marks’ daughter] Chloe’s Bat Mitzvah,” Barlow said in a confessional. “You know, to me, they’re just like this awesome, beautiful family. I would have never thought there, like, was anything wrong.”

She began to cry while joking, “Meredith Marks is messing up my makeup!”

Meanwhile, Marks said in a confessional that she held off on telling Barlow about the split because she and her family “are very close with my family … I didn’t want to upset her. I didn’t want her feeling like she had to take sides.”

The ladies’ scene ended with both co-stars in tears. However, they may have ruined their makeup for nothing as Marks has been posting photos with Seth on Instagram recently with captions including “Love the father of my children 💖🌴” and “Beautiful dinner with the father of my children @sethstock ❤️.”
