Erika Jayne Faces More Troubles For Doxxing Tom Girard’s Alleged Mistress, Justice Tricia A. Bigelow
Erika Jayne did not receive a Christmas miracle. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been navigating her biggest role to date. She is currently miles ahead in the race for ALLEGEDLY taking part in the most disturbing scandal any of the Housewives shows have seen. You’re welcome, Teresa Giudice.
Erika filed for divorce from Tom Girardi and kicked off a landslide of allegations against the couple. Tom and Erika are accused of embezzling funds from former clients in an extremely vulnerable position and now Erika is accused of trying to weasel her way out of it. In an effort to gain sympathy for ALLEGEDLY stealing money from plane crash victims, Erika decided to publish some receipts regarding her very troubled husband. After posting (and deleting) screen shots of text messages between Big Tommy and his supposed mistress, Erika is finding out that doxxing a judge didn’t get her very far in the court of public opinion.
While Tom’s assets are as cold as Erika’s personality, Erika tried to swerve around her financial mess by selling some clothing online. The Chicago judge handling the embezzlement case shut it down because she may or may not have been using it as an avenue to funnel Big Tommy’s money out of the United States. Erika then decided to play “distraught wife” and imply Tom went to KFC and ordered a side-piece. Unfortunately for Erika, the side-piece wasn’t a chicken leg, she is a judge and judges don’t play.
The art of deflection can come in handy, but pretend amnesia is not going to help Erika this time. She posted text messages from a dinosaur flip phone on social media that were allegedly from Tom’s mistress, Tricia A. Bigelow. Erika captioned the screenshots, “This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was fucking my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery.”

I guess ‘ol Tom pays for a lot of plastic surgery. Erika included intimate messages, photos, and the judge’s phone number. Now Justice Bigelow is “considering her options”. Erika, you in danger, girl.
According to the Los Angeles Times, an attorney for Justice Tricia A. Bigelow, declared Erika’s “actions in maliciously doxxing the Justice were nothing short of criminal”. OOPS! Apparently, some of Erika’s followers went after Justice Bigelow after her contact info was put on blast. “We are considering our options to protect Justice Bigelow from further harassment,” said lawyer Alan Jackson. He noted the judge received nasty text messages and calls after her phone number was published on Instagram.

Dang, Erika can sit on some receipts. For like, ten years… The collage of old messages that included Justice Bigelow’s personal info were deleted, but the damage was done. Justice Bigelow’s lawyer stated, “She was personal friends with Tom Girardi for many years before her marriage, and at one brief point that friendship grew into a dating relationship. That relationship ended long before she met her husband.”
He said Tricia recused herself from cases involving Big Tommy or lawyers from Girardi Keese. He added, “At no time has Justice Bigelow violated any canon of judicial ethics. Indeed, she takes great pride in her decades-long record of integrity, impartiality and independence on the bench.”

While Erika tries to paint herself as the victim, keep in mind who the real victims are. Families of plane crash victims who died tragically. People who suffered the loss of their homes after a gas explosion. Should we feel sorry for someone who had her husband listed in her phone as, “The Boss” and is on the hook for a very suspicious deposit of $20 million into a corporate account with her name on it?
One thing we know, if Justice Bigelow takes action against Erika for violating her personal life over an affair that allegedly took place during a time of FLIP PHONES, she will have to get in line behind the others.
