Rico Riggs, a 19-yr-old man from Michigan, is accused of killing his girlfriend’s 5-month-old baby boy after he caught the child’s mother, Temara Shaniece Reed, texting her old boyfriend. The police charged Temara with tampering with evidence, lying to a police officer, being an accessory to a felony, and third-degree child abuse.
