Ciara Seeks To End Strife With Rihanna

We’re pretty sure you remember Ciara and Rihanna having some issues that flared up publicly a few years back. Ciara’s always tried to maintain there was no beef and she took it to the next level this week, sending Rihanna some sweet birthday wishes.

Rihanna did not respond… but then again, she hasn’t tweeted since Feb. 6!
