Police have arrested 1 out of 3 goons who were seen on surveillance footage hopping out a Expedition with straps, walking up to a man at the gas station, gun butting him in the back of the head, before shooting him in the face and killing him. Doyan Vassell, the bigger goon in the video above, was arrested at the airport in Florida trying to leave the country.
